   In my current role, I am partnering with the SoL People team to drive large-scale culture and mindset change within tech organizations by delivering impactful leadership development programs. A significant focus of this work is on empowering women leadership. Over the past two years, I\'ve had the privilege of coaching over 300 women through workshops and group coaching. It\'s deeply fulfilling to see the powerful shifts these women experience as they overcome limiting habits, amplify their voices and move closer to their career visions.
