I\'m presently the founder and counseling psychologist at Serenity- A Wellbeing Studio and offer sessions for adults, adolescents, schools and businesses to help them tackle myriad issues. I have been a part of the People Strategy team in FedEx Express, India. As a part of this team, I undertook activities related to learning and development, wellbeing, knowledge management, and employee engagement. I pursued the Msc. in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King\'s College London and worked on EClocker- a project that studies the relationship between the sleep and emotion at the workplace.
