I have an overall work experience of 29 years in Finance & Accounts, SCM & Commercial Processes with 20 years in e-Business, Lean & Six Sigma in transactional processes of large MNCs. The current assignment is with TCS as Head Analytics COE for F&A to create strong offerings for digital transformation and AI in Finance. Earlier in TCS I contributed as BPO Head Business Process Transformation in Value BPS for CFOs. Prior to TCS, I worked with HP’s ‘Global Business Services’ center driving ‘Lean’ & ‘Digitization’ initiative for the three centers in India. Prior to HP, I worked with GE Healthcare as ‘Ops Excellence Program Lead for Global IT Finance’. I earned my six-sigma black belt certification from GE. Prior to GE, experience with Delphi Automotive was to establish robust F&A processes (including financial reporting & budgeting framework). I also headed the internal controls function for all locations in India.
