About Rajesh Sachdev
I started the platform allaboutleading.com where I provide coaching / counselling people to improve their leadership skills. I am also participating in organizational development at Vidyamandir Classes. I have more than 27+ years of experience in corporate sectors at different levels from executive to senior management and played a lots of roles from software engineers to delivery head, HR-Head, Career Counsellor, Teaching programming skills to B-Tech students and Finally into corporate trainings on leadership skills. I have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of people throughout my career and my passion to understand the human psyche urged me to translate this vast knowledge into conveyable strategies. My intellectual bent always pushed me to read idealistic books and this undying devotedness urged me to help people attain their highest and truest version. And that is when I started my training programs on leadership.
