My most recent success can be seen as Vice President of Operations and General Operations Manager at Essentra Components, where I held complete CAPEX, P&L, safety, and quality accountability for 4 sites across the US and Mexico.SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Within the first 12 months of joining Essentra, I improved safety 50%, improved engagement 10%, and increased on-time delivery by 10%. As Director of Operations for Home Products International, I achieved a record 180+ days without an OSHA recordable, vs. 15 recordables in the prior 12 months to joining the company. Saved the critical Whirlpool relationship for Group Dekko, reducing Quality PPMs from to less than 200 in 6 months. Within 18 months, was recognized as a Top 5 preferred supplier. At Group Dekko, I spearheaded the planning and implementation of a $1M investment in Lean Continuous Improvement programs.
