With over twenty-five years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, he oversees an exceptional portfolio that includes the company’s signature clubs of super-luxury residential condominiums, recreational clubs, fine-dining restaurants, its flagship hotel, and an award-winning golf course.A seasoned and versatile hotelier, Rajesh has held leadership roles with some of the world’s foremost luxury hotel brands. He is known for building and guiding high-performing teams that consistently deliver operational and financial excellence while upholding strong standards of hospitality.He brings extensive experience in pre-opening and managing iconic leisure hotels, city hotels, and integrated resorts across India, the Maldives, Singapore, Las Vegas, Manila, and the Middle East. His global perspective and deep understanding of international hospitality trends position him as a respected voice in the industry.Rajesh holds a master’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Institut de Management Hôtelier International (IMHI), a joint programme of Cornell University and ESSEC Business School, and a postgraduate qualification from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He has also served on the Forbes Travel Guide Standards Advisory Committee.
