As a Tech Lead MES/Digital Manufacturing at HCLTech, I apply my 18 years of experience in manufacturing industries to deliver innovative solutions for packaging,windmill,injection moulding,auto, automotive clients. I am proficient in various PLC, SCADA, VFD, CNC, Robotics,SAP MM, Radius ERP, hydraulics, pneumatic, sensors, and other industrial automation technologies, as well as Industry 4.0 techniques such as IT/OT integration, machine configuration, and data visualization. Implemented SAP integration with ignition for major clients. My mission is to enable digital transformation and operational excellence for manufacturing organizations, leveraging my expertise in Ignition, Grafana, Influx DB, and MySQL.    In my role at HCLTech, I spearheaded the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies, focusing on IT/OT convergence. I successfully implemented Ignition 8.1 and Radius ERP, enhancing production efficiency across multiple plants. My efforts in developing custom SCADA projects and real-time dashboards led to significant improvements in operational visibility and decision-making processes. Successfuly implemented IGNITION 8.1, Radius ERP, AC4D, and Printflow for the WestRock and Cummins production plants. Integrating Ignition with Kepware, MQTT, and Thingworx. Lead a team of 25 for successful production module integration with machineries using IPCFX, OPC UA, KEPWARE, MQTT, MODBUS protocols, and IoT Gateway (PTC ThingWorx platform). IT/OT integration and security layer instalations as per ISA/IEC 62443 standards. Prepared master data and OEE for the entire plant, validated machine downtime codes, and created EUT and UAT acceptance. Established a connection with the SQL server and roled out the configured plant with the desired automation. Designed and implemented interfaces between the MES application and production machines. Experienced in MODBUS communication settings. Created machine log pages and downtime codes as per the packaging machine requirements. Developed IT/OT integration and IIoT functionalities to meet the plant\'s needs. Configured MES modules (production, purchase, inventory) for Radius EFI, AC4D, Print Flow, and plant/system/company-level settings. Automated and configured packing machines with various PLCs, including Siemens, Alen-Bradley, Schneider, and Omron, along with drivers. Functional module implementation in the folowing areas: Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Traceability, Product Quality, and Count. Extracted production data using GE Proficy Plant Apps via REST API, and created mashups to visualize KPIs in ThingWorx.
