As the Senior Design Engineer for Radio Frequency Platforms at Motorola Solutions, Inc. since I have managed the architecture and development of cutting-edge circuitry for a diverse range of advanced communications technologies. This includes seven generations of PCBs for the APX APX Next, and XTX radios. I developed custom LabVIEW applications and conducted simulations using Cadence, ADS, and Momentum, significantly improving product quality and efficiency.I spearheaded the integration of machine learning algorithms to optimize system performance and predictive maintenance. Utilizing advanced data analytics, I identified patterns and anomalies that enhanced diagnostic capabilities and reduced downtime. I ensured these algorithms\' successful implementation and validation in real-world scenarios.My active participation in design reviews, delivering presentations, and providing status updates played an integral role in shaping the product vision. I drove post-review change management processes and led collaboration with global hardware and software teams in Israel, Malaysia, and China.
