Providing Engineering Services Support to client for carrying out Engineering Quality and Quantity Verification Work at Mumbai as per the scope mentioned in the agreement between SGS and. client This will include: o Preparing BOQ & cost estimate for the designs provided by client or its Consultants. o Review, verify & optimize the BOQ provided by client or its Consultants. o Review, verify & optimize the cost variations that are incurred due to design changes or quantities variations due to site conditions in accordance with the change order procedure of client. o Prepare variation orders with inputs from consultants & vendors during construction in line with the change order procedure of client.o Review & verify rate analysis for any non-schedule items submitted by the contractors. o Establish a cost control system to identify increase in costs both incurred and anticipated, so that timely action may be taken to remain in budget o Prepare and maintain statements for monitoring project expenditures and providing monthly project cost reports. o Check bills through adequate check on site and compliance with contract conditions, periodic reconciliation of materials. o Approve vendor bills based on actual measurement & Engineering quantity & quality verification and recommend for payment o To carry out all the above works & other works as per the instructions of client Head • Provide technical support for other projects • Support in Business Development activities
