I have a total of 13+ years of experience in the Software QA world.In my current project, I work as an Automation QA Lead. My current duties include team management of testers, distribution of functional and automation tasks, gathering metrics, creating/planning the QA Plan, coordinating plans between multiple QA squads, communicating with Project Managers, Devs, Product Owners and Users.
