Raj is accountable for Integration Architecture globally. He chaired governance boards for integration topics and Azure Working Group. Created the integration strategy and direction, delivering architectural guidance to projects to standardise integration technology and practice. Key Achievements: Raj delivered robust Azure Cloud Foundation Standards, Guidelines and Reference Architecture. Core responsibilities: Leading and formulating robust service management processes with the 3rd party service provider, Rackspace, for an Azure Cloud Wrapper service. Created an effective integration strategy in line with the key \"Cloud First\" principle. Producing and publishing a detailed integration principles and guidelines document. Creating a full interface catalogue to assist with understanding of the integration landscape. Providing governance, standards and best practice for project changes and working closely with the Delivery Management and Vendor Development Team. Conducting and managing RFI for vendor selection process providing clear reasoned recommendations. Leading and managing research and development (proof of concepts) to support a 3 year roadmap. Leading major incident investigations to swift conclusions and created SOP’s to reduce future issues.
