About Rajesh Umesh
As the Director of Global Customer Support at Oracle, I lead a team of over 100 professionals who provide best-in-class technical support services for Oracle EPM and Business Intelligence products. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about delivering a great user experience to customers, driving operational excellence, and scaling large teams in technical/customer support.Some of my recent accomplishments include creating multiple automation flows to assist customers with self-service and reduce costs, working with large enterprise accounts and helping them transition to the cloud, developing analyzers to isolate the root cause of problems quickly, and partnering with development and product management teams to resolve customer issues faster. I have also mentored and coached many successful managers, improved the time to resolution and customer satisfaction, and transitioned multiple technical support teams. I hold several certifications, such as Certified Support Manager (CSM), Sun Certified Java Professional (SCJP), Cloud Computing - EXIN Certified, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate (OCI). My goal is to leverage my expertise in customer support, cloud computing, and data analytics to enable customer success and business growth.
