Accomplished educator, researcher, and academic entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience at the intersection of management education, MSME consulting, and technology-led innovation. As Head of the Management Department at Dhanwate National College and long-time faculty at PDIMTR Nagpur, I have led programmes, accreditation efforts, and student initiatives that blend classroom rigour with real-world problem-solving for Vidarbha and beyond.Founder of Shunya Axis, I work on bridging Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), AI, and the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) to design future-ready learning ecosystems, leadership pathways, and civilizationally rooted innovation practices. My work spans AI literacy programmes, ethical and responsible AI workshops, leadership frameworks inspired by Chanakya and Indic wisdom, and collaborations that connect academia, policy, and industry.Research interests include rural development and NGOs, circular economy and sustainability, teaching–learning innovations, and the integration of IKS with emerging technologies and management practice.
