Reporting into Workforce Planning and Programmes director. A senior manager part of the People and Innovation team, and take a lead role in driving workforce planning and intelligence across the system.lead, co-ordinate and facilitate strategic workforce planning for 79k FTE, across the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) Integrated Care System (ICS), in collaboration with workforce leads across the Partner organisations. Providing expert advice and guidance, ensuring the Integrated Care System has a workforce plan that delivers and sustains the current and future delivery of integrated care services for patients and service users that are integral to our LLR planning and delivery function(s). Providing insight, Intelligence, and analysis, maintain strategic focus to support the LLR People programme and working collaboratively with senior leaders and HR & OD professionals across the system to design, facilitate and deliver effective workforce strategies which realise the System’s shared ambitions. Identifying opportunities, navigate barriers and stimulate partnerships, ensuring compliance with health and care regulations and partnership governance arrangements. Lead the workforce intelligence function and develop collaborative analysis, insight, design, delivery and impact monitoring of system-wide projects and initiatives.
