Witnessing of Train Erection Test, Water Tightness Test, Weighing Test, Levelling Test, WeighingManagement Test, Lifting Ability Test, Dielectric Test, Fire/Smoke detection, Door operation test etc. atRolling Stock manufacturing factory (Alstom India Ltd, at Savli Plant, Gujrat, India). Execution of Testing & commissioning schedule with respect to Project Plan. Review of Design Documents, FAT Procedures, Method Statement for Installation of Depot Equipment/M & Ps (Under Floor Wheel Lathe Machine, Automatic Train Washing Plant, Bogie Turn Table, Mobile Lifting Jacks, EOT Cranes, Train Driving Simulator, Electric Shunter, Rail cum Rad Vehicle (RRV), Train Rescue Equipment/rerailing equipment, etc.) Review of Depot layout (i.e. Workshop line, Inspection line, Stabling line, Heavy cleaning line, Under-Floor wheel lathe shed, Admin Building, ETU Building etc.) Depot construction drawing (GA & GFC drawing), E&M drawing, related to Rolling Stock, Depot M & Ps, Depot Facilities and O&M prospective. Witnessed Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at OEM factory for Depot M & Ps (i.e Under Floor Lathe Machine, Mobile Lifting Jacks, Train Driving Simulator, EOT Crane, Train Washing Plant, Bogie Turn Table, Electric Shunter, Rail cum Road Vehicle (RRV) etc.) Site Coordination with concern Contractors for Rolling Stock and Depot M & Ps. Interface management of Rolling Stock & Depot M & Ps with concern Contractors.
