What We Do: We provide comprehensive IT asset lifecycle management, e-waste recycling, and IT refurbishment solutions across India. Our services include certified data destruction to ISO/IEC 27001 standards, material recovery and processing, EPR compliance management, and certified buyback programmes for pre-owned enterprise equipment. Who We Are: Since 2020, Urbeno has been setting industry standards for responsible e-waste management. We are certified by TÜV Rheinland for four ISO certifications and hold full authorisation from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and Central Pollution Control Board. We comply strictly with India\'s E-Waste Management Rules 2016. What Makes Us Different: Our model formalises India\'s invisible recycling workforce. We bring informal collectors into a certified, safe supply chain—providing training, safety equipment, insurance, and dignified wages. We call them Recycling Heroes because that\'s exactly what they are. Our Commitment: Every device that passes through our facility results in a Certificate of Destruction. Every kilogram is weighed, tracked, and accounted for. Every material—copper, aluminium, gold, rare earths—is recovered and returned to the supply chain. We turn e-waste into opportunity, not landfill. Expanding Impact: We\'re building an Integrated Recycling Facility at Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) Industrial Area in partnership with ANDRITZ Group technology—a 12-acre facility designed to process 5 recycling streams with 325 direct jobs.
