Supporting to the Group Compliance Regulatory Officers/Regulatory Change Management Officers in continuously enhancing and implementing Group Compliance’s RCM process.• Identifying and uploading the relevant changes in regulatory requirements and business activities on a global basis, with a view to ensuring Citco’s ongoing compliance, avoiding reputational damage and/or financial loss and maintaining a competitive advantage. • Global coverage of regulators such as; FATF, Ontario Securities Commission, SEC, EBA, EU, CIMA, CySEC, BMA, DNB, CSSF etc.• Preparing & presenting various Regulatory Change Management reports through Power BI tool to the Group Compliance Management, Local Compliance Officers and relevant internal stakeholders about present and future legislative and regulatory developments globally across all Citco business divisions, and advising or coordinating advisory support where required.• Supporting the assessment of regulatory developments and their potential impact to Citco entities globally.• Liaising with Group Compliance, Local Compliance Officers and relevant internal stakeholders to oversee the completion of assessments, gap analyses and the resultant implementation of new and/or updated controls where identified.• Drafting and circulating updates/newsletters covering global regulatory developments potentially impacting Citco to relevant compliance personnel and internal stakeholders. • Assisting in the delivery of Group Compliance’s monthly RCM Working Group meetings.• Serving as an additional point of contact for RCM Process related queries and maintaining Corrections log, RCM Team Action logs, RCMWG Action log.• Reviewing and updating RCM Policies and Procedures.• Delivering RCM training and the preparation of RCM related presentations to new joiners to Group Compliance.
