Strategy - Organization - Established the Finance Transformation Office on the basis of leading Industry best practices of Transform, Optimize and Sustain frame work to achieve the above outlined vision. Roadmap - Identified 12 Big Rocks Initiatives and built the 1-3 years execution roadmap to transform/standardize process/systems, streamline operations by eliminating redundancies and spur the differentiated service delivery model leveraging off shore capabilities. Execution - Leading the journey of one ledger architecture to enable planning, budgeting/forecasting and reporting of Health Care Business on global finance platform (S4). Standardize/consolidate P2P, Fixed Assets, enable Balance Sheet Reporting and eventually retire Oracle GL. Retire ECC platform to manage supply chain accounting and transform cost accounting method across enterprise to achieve standarized inventory valuation on S4. Establish Enterprise CoE for balance sheet reconciliations on a single cloud based platforn. Automate/digitize over 50% account and eliminate disparate processes. Governnace and Sustainance - Continue to delivery product quality enhancements on S4, as well as leveraging various digital tools like RPAs, Tableau, Alteryx. A robust master data governance team in place to ensure integrity oif data. Continue to expand off shore.
