Hey I am Rajesh Roy I help Fortune 500 companies with QA/QE-related testing,I believe technology is the driving force of business in today’s digital world. As I often say- With rapid technology changes, quality engineering is not only limited to the IT part of the world but it has become a CEO’s mandate now. Therefore I spend quite some time with the CXO-s and thought leadership of various organizations in understanding their pain areas and bottlenecks and providing guidance on quality, on-time delivery, reducing testing costs, and achieving specific business goals.Being an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in the Quality Engineering space across the Global IT industries I have performed a host of QA leadership roles in building strategies, driving sales, handling P&L responsibilities, ensuring smooth deliveries, building excellent customer relationships & developing strategic partnerships with leading industry partners. Majority of my career, I have worked in Europe, APAC, and the Middle East geographies.Along with my partners, we founded Yogiti with a vision to create an independent Quality Engineering organization and help our customers implement the best practices, enabling automation with the right ROI.At Yogiti, I primarily focus on implementing the company’s vision and strategy, driving sales, marketing and branding initiatives.
