Responsibilities:• Supervision and review of work performed by cross functional designer and drafting resources utilized on an as needed basis for specific E&M functions such as AFE & CAPEX projects.• Manages drafting standards utilized for E&M AFE and CAPEX project deliverables.• Uses specialist knowledge of installation methods and equipment to perform complex work.• Set priorities, organize work, manage time to meet objectives, forecast and plan resource requirements.When working as Lead Designer on an AFE or CAPEX project:• Direct structural design team as lead designer• Coordinate drafting activities and interface with local and/or international teams• Assemble and clash check 3D models with Laser Scan Point Cloud data in design software such as AutoDesk ReCap & Inventor.• Ensure deliverables and interfaces are clearly identified• Maintain responsibility for progress and productivity, identifying any required corrective actions.• Act as project-based Discipline point of contact in communications and meetings with Project Team, Customer, Vendor/supplier and/or subcontractor counterparts; and relevant agencies such as certifying authorities, auditors, third parties, etc.When acting as Design Coordinator:• Coordinate team of lead designers as Design Coordinator• Coordinate project design interdisciplinary activities to ensure timely and organized distribution of information amongst all Lead Designers.• Ensure interfaces and deliverables are clearly identified.
