Ensure that the contract clauses are related to quality or quantities of work are respected and the works are executed in accordance with its provisions. Analyzing look ahead schedule, procurement updates and Design updates. Ensuring Construction activities are executed as per drawing and in conjunction with BOQ. Inspect facilities & analyze operational data. Ensuring quality of work, safety & environment aspects are followed to the requirements. Assisting Contractor in getting drawings on time. Ensure all the requisite utilities are included in the GFC drawings. Conduct project Design review meeting with consultants. Maintaining track of drawing transmittals. Co-ordination with civil Design Consultants for MEP services Setting up MEP Quality manuals, inspections & testing plans Ensuring all service-related aspects are present in communicated GFC drawings, otherwise generating RFI’s (Request for inform) Raising NCR (Non-compliance Report) if the work executed is not as per the GFC or Stand Co-ordinate with contractor for shop drawings and get it approved by the Consultants Assisting client in checking out the Deviation of Quantities/Items prior execution of works.
