Responsibilities1. Collect initial requirements from the client and coordinate with Resource Allocation Group to identify developers based on the skill set requirement of the project. Conducting requirement clarification meeting with the team and manage the team to come up with milestone definitions, UX wireframes, visual designs and Sprint plans. Provide estimates to client for Fixed Cost projects.4. Routine call with client managers so as to pass on status of work and also get information on priority changes if any so that resources can be managed accordingly to meet expected deadlines of tasks in hand. Conduct scrum meetings and manage daily tasks with the team.6. Drafting and sending across release status and deployment status emails for each project to all stake holders.7. Ensure that deliverables are shared in cloud storage space across to all stake holders on expected delivery date.8. Tracking monthly timesheets of resources and pass them to client for approval for T&M projects. Raise invoice once timesheets are approved by the client.9. Allocation of project invoice amount across all team members using Intranet tool. Communicate to senior management on progress of project tasks and escalations.11. Swift management of all project tasks using project management tools like Redmine, JIRA, Trello and Gantter.12. Encourage team members on coming up with technical solutions and blogs that will be beneficial for resources from the whole account.
