   SAP FICO Senior Manager • Led the Requirement Analysis, Design and Implementation of the Finance solution Architecture for the Allergan Acquisition project involving some world benchmarks e.g. Inventory Variance during cutover of less than 0.001% • Reorganized and Implemented the Product Costing and Inventory localization solutions in several complex landscapes like Brazil and France • Drove Product Costing Strategy Discussions resulting in the implementation of complex cross-functional functionalities across Finance, Manufacturing and Data Streams • Led the discussions on the Actual Costing Strategy for the Manufacturing Plants, a first for Abbvie • Spearheaded the Co-Product costing solution involving interfacing with the Manufacturing and costing Business and IT teams • Led workshops for the design of the new objects and enhancements to help to enhance productivity for the GPL/Business teams(e.g. automate adjustments and replicating the same across various clients) • Designed tools and processed to help identify gaps in the Material Master design to ensure a smooth and accurate cutover(e.g. identifying missing materials/BOMs/Recipes/PIRs etc.) • Use digital tools like Python to make complex costing reports with a turnaround time of a few hours to meet time critical data/reporting needs
