   I am currently associated with Karamtara Engineering Limited. I join the company in February 2022 as Manager Finance and report to CFO and GM-Finance. In the current organization I am handling all the activities related to the Finance banking department i.e. Banking compliance, limit renewals, closer of limits, procuring new limits from banks, NBFC’s and financial institutions, monitoring and controlling the property held or hypothecated as security with the banks. etc. Handling and maintaining the joint documentation under consortium banking facility. Handling ROC related work like charge creation, charge satisfaction and maintaining the documents related to loans and ROC. Renewing or getting the property valuation, TSR and ROC search reports and other such reports for bankers and financial institutions. Getting the credit rating renewal process completion on time. Getting the LEI certificate renewed without delay. Also handling the ASM audit for our company. Arranging the consortium meetings and coordination with the bankers for meetings and plant visits. Preparing the CMA report under the guidance of the CFO. Handling the ODI payments. Monitoring the insurance renewal for inventory and fixed assets at all the locations. Monitoring the CRILIC report and getting the clarification from the bank for the same). Monitoring the term loan disbursements and other credit facilities from the bank and preparing the monthly utilization report. Preparing and maintaining the term loan repayment schedule. Arranging Balance confirmation from the bank on a quarterly basis. Preparing monthly MIS for the finance department and all other activities related to banking and banking compliance for finance departments.
