Worked on a Scorecard Assessment Project for a MNC bank where the data source changed. Assessed application and B scorecards to ensure they held data using validation and monitoring parameters like score difference check, score movement in bins, bad movement in bins, PSI, CSI, AR, and rank ordering. The model handled new data well, but some variables required further evaluation. PSI was acceptable, but CSI for certain variables was high, and AR remained stable.
