I am working as an maintenance engineer having 6 years of experience in maintenance and utility. 1) To prepare and execute yearly preventive maintenance planner of equipment & Instrument calibration work. 2) To prepare the Installation Operational and process of equipments. 3) To attend breakdown maintenance of equipment like Reactor,Sparkler filter, Dryers. 4) To attend breakdown maintenance of Chilling water system, Brine system, and Air compressor, Pumps & High Vacuum Pumps. 5) Knowledge about operation and maintenance Steam Boiler,and Thermopac boiler etc. 6) To review & study of P & ID of equipment and such as Stainless-steel reactor, Glass lined reactor, Sparkler Filter etc. 7) To execute the work contractor & outside vendor regarding maintenance work & timely follow up to complete the work. 8) Contractual manpower management and handling and maintaining discipline in contractual labours. 9) Awareness about safety and work permit system. 10) I have planning of the shut down.
