I am a translational immunologist with over 10 years of experience in multiparameter flow cytometry, in vivo infection models, and immune profiling across infectious disease and transplant immunology.My expertise integrates cellular immunology and precision genomics, including:• Advanced flow cytometry (T cell, NK cell, Treg phenotyping, intracellular cytokine assays)• In vivo murine infection and immunization models• Dendritic cell biology and immune activation pathways• High-resolution HLA typing and KIR genotyping• Long-read sequencing (Oxford Nanopore) and NGS workflows• Immune risk stratification in transplantationMy peer-reviewed publications span vaccine immunology, tuberculosis nanotherapeutics, dendritic cell biology, and transplant immune monitoring.
