Successfully codified multiple M&A/strategic investments with ownership of deal rationale, revenue/cost synergy drivers, value cascade with financial model, & drafting detailed integration plans. Collaborated with other Philips businesses on high risk/reward integrated value propositions/ventures including working with relevant leads to reduce technology risks, retrospective/prospective clinical studies & regulatory claims etc.I have contributed in driving strategic shifts for the business with short to long term view.
