Worked in Piping Design and Modeling Using SP3D Worked in Equipment and basic support modeling. Steam & Condensate Manifold Piping. Incorporating 60% Model review Tag closing. Preparing Nozzle Orientation Drawing. Preparing Unit Plot Plan. Review/comments equipment, vendor and structural/civil drawings to ensure its suitability. Co-ordination with civil & structural disciplines for clash clearance & civil supports.Project: Karbala Refinery Project -(SCOP - IRAQ)Responsibilities: Deputed to site as Field Piping Designer (2 Yrs.) Support construction team till mechanical completion. Resolved Piping Design Errors considering Cost and schedule impact. Preparing revision drawings to match with site conditions for modification done. Reviewed Piping Hydrotest packages completeness for design engineering part. Site walk through for lines check to ensure completeness of critical lines for clearing hydrotest Punch. Preparing As-Built drawings.
