Mechanical Engineering Master’s graduate with hands-on experience in manufacturing, project management, and reliability engineering within high-volume plastic packaging operations. I began as a Manufacturing Engineer optimizing spare-parts inventory, improving workflows, and supporting lean/5S initiatives, then progressed into Project Management where I led major capital projects, including the complete installation and validation of the IML-5 injection-molding line. This involved vendor coordination, procurement, utility planning, and ensuring on-time commissioning.Currently, as a Reliability Engineer, I focus on preventive maintenance planning, equipment uptime improvement, root-cause analysis, and implementing standardized maintenance processes across inline and IML equipment. My work includes spare-parts strategy, VLM integration, cooling/vacuum system upgrades, racking redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Python, and manufacturing systems, I bring strong skills in CAD design, process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership—guided by Lean principles and a passion for advancing plant performance and efficiency.
