Use of Digitization,latest technology,Product optimization & Value added engineering to optimize the project cost without affecting the system functionality and there by increasing the project profit margin level Develop and maintain Project Schedule on MS Project and establish control measures through weekly reviews and active coordination to prevent delays and keep the project on schedule FAT, SAT & ORAT for VHT system with acceptance and approvals Interaction with various disciplines during design phase, construction phase, post construction phase to ensure that VHT system interface & integration are in line with the project contract specifications and compliance report. Achievement of L&T safety & Quality targets by developing and maintaining a safety & Quality focused culture
