Manage a client portfolio of accounts with a total annual revenue of USD 6 million across all IT On Prem & Cloud technologies • Manage day-to-day service agreements for various client and ensuring quality metrics are maintained as per UST and client standards. • Act as a single point of contact for client CTOs and UST directors to improve customer service and value realization. • Manage all contracting requirements including statement of works, change orders and vendor contract management including driving discussions on identifying the best suited vendors and support channels for each client.• Managing resources across multiple geographies to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization. • Analysing metrics for trends, exceptions and driving corrective actions. • Adapt at managing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing defect prevention initiatives. • Assisting UST partner executives in cost and recovery management, responding to RFS for new opportunities and drive to realization. • Drive automations projects using tools such as Automation anywhere, UST SmartOps, Infracode, Ansible etc to reduce the manual effort on logic-based activities and redeploy resources as per the business need. • Analyse and manage monthly escalation trends for respective business units and work todays minimal complains pertaining to business delivery.
