Rajesh has been responsible to ensure customer success and high performance culture in Fusion HCM and Taleo Application Service Excellence team in JAPAC. He got opportunity to be part of Fusion HCM cloud growth journey seeing customers adopting the change in the last few years. Currently, working with Oracle India as Senior Director - Application Service Excellence team in JAPAC. Responsible for building teams, developing & retaining talent and ensuring customers success. Worked with Oracle Singapore for 8+ years before taking up opportunity in Oracle India.He has performed various roles while working in Oracle Support organization -(Technical/Functional Support Consultant, Customer Education, Account management, Customer Management, Critical Accounts/Situation Management, Program Management and Support Management). Worked in EBS, PSFT & Fusion Products. Has worked with global customers. Conducted several webinars for customers in the region, hosted live sessions for customers in Singapore, Indonesia and India.Prior to joining Oracle, Rajesh worked with Nucleus Software Exports Limited as Assistant Project Manager - he worked in all the phases of Product Development for non-banking Finance Companies. System study, design, development, implementation & pre-sales that gave him immense opportunity to interact with customers at all the levels and learn various business functions in Finance industry. He started his career with Apollo Tyres Ltd. where he developed Software for various lines of business while working as Systems Officer in the IT Department. He got opportunity to develop Shares Accounting, Purchasing, Finished Goods Stores system and several other systems. Opportunity to interact with executive management at the start of his career helped in speeding up the learning process and gain business knowledge.
