Roles and Responsibilities:• Due Diligence: Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on the customer\'s risk rating.• Client Onboarding and Reviews: Execute new client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews in response to business requests.• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and assurance on KYC files, considering booking location and risk rating.• Support and Guidance: Address inquiries from team members within the project.• Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and walkthroughs for new joiners, as well as refresher sessions for those needing additional support.• Reporting: Share Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) production reports with business partners and top management.• Team Management: Act as Deputy Team Leader (TL) in the absence of the Team Leader.• Escalation Management: Participate in escalation calls alongside the TL.• Collaboration: Coordinate with business partners to obtain KYC requirements within specified timelines.• Risk Mitigation: Highlight high-risk client profiles to the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Officer or Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) after obtaining rationale from the business and client, mitigating potential financial, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.• Policy Liaison: Engage with the policy team for necessary guidance.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal bank teams such as tax, account opening, and ACO to ensure timely completion of end-to-end KYC profiles.
