ABOUT RAJESH MUDIGANTY

With a strong academic foundation in Biotechnology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.), I developed a deep curiosity for precision, analysis, and process optimization — qualities that naturally led me to the world of Quality Assurance and Software Testing. My interest in ensuring accuracy and reliability in systems inspired me to pursue certifications including ISTQB, Certified Pega System Architect, Professional Scrum Master I, Certified Ethical Hacker, and Web Accessibility (EdX), which have enriched both my technical and analytical capabilities.Over the past decade, I’ve gained extensive experience working across public sector and enterprise IT environments — including projects for HMRC, DWP, DEFRA, and RCM in the UK and RBS and Link Group internationally. My expertise spans automation testing, accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1/2.2), and QA leadership using tools such as Selenium, Java, Maven, TestNG, Jira, Postman, and Pega. I’ve successfully led testing efforts for web, desktop, and mobile applications, ensuring seamless software delivery and inclusive user experiences for all. Acting as a Point of Contact (POC) for multiple modules, I’ve collaborated closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality outcomes.Looking ahead, I’m passionate about advancing in automation and accessibility testing, contributing to inclusive digital transformation, and leveraging Agile and DevOps practices to enhance product quality and user satisfaction. My goal is to continue bridging the gap between technology and accessibility — ensuring that innovation is both functional and equitable for every user.
