I currently work at SNQS Internationals Pvt. Ltd, where I manage social compliance audits and lead a team responsible for auditing factories within our supply chain. My role includes supporting the team to ensure factories meet various certification standards, such as SEDEX, ISO, and while also addressing buyer-specific social and environmental requirements. This involves conducting social and environmental risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.Key Responsibilities:Audit & Team Management: Lead audits and manage a team that audits over 200+ factories across different tiers in our supply chain.Program Development: Design and implement programs to enhance factory due diligence, build supplier capacity, provide training, promote sustainability, and support social compliance and environmental audits.Buyer Communication & Reporting: Act as a liaison between factories and buyers, ensuring timely communication on social compliance, audit findings, and corrective actions. This includes managing audit schedules, tracking results, and reviewing corrective action plans.Supply Chain Mapping: Oversee the tracking and communication of supply chain mapping from suppliers to buyers, maintaining comprehensive DBMS and MIS systems, which include audit dates, certification status, and corrective actions.Additional Responsibilities:Factory Onboarding & Continuous Improvement: Onboard new factories to customers by assessing their due diligence, ensuring continuous improvement, and promoting sustainability practices.Factory Programs Coordination: Work closely with customers to run enriching programs at factories, including workers\' welfare training, women empowerment, recruitment and hiring practices, product traceability, and health & safety at the workplace.Product Traceability: Coordinate and oversee the implementation of product traceability programs across factories to ensure brand requirements are met.Client-Specific Training: Deliver specialized training programs to factories for capacity building, including Disney ILS training and buyer Code of Conduct (COC) training.Sustainability Initiatives: Participate in various customer-led programs and assessments on energy efficiency, resource utilization, GHG emissions, and global warming.
