I successfully led the development of the pioneering decentralized hybrid, open cloud platform architecture for the Voice & Data core during the Vodafone and Idea merger across India. This groundbreaking initiative resulted in a remarkable 50% increase in operational efficiency.I achieved a significant reduction in deployment time by 50-60% and a remarkable enhancement in productivity and efficiency by 70%. This was accomplished through the implementation of robust processes, process improvement programs, and the integration of automation into our operations.Additionally, I took charge of a national-level expansion project, overseeing the Legacy PS Core expansion with a project value of 100 crore for 200 locations. This expansion catered to a vast customer base of 500 million users spread across 145 MTX/Data Centers, handling a data volume of 15 Terabytes annually. We successfully managed and integrated nodes from various leading vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Mavenir, Cisco, and more.Furthermore, I oversaw the implementation of VoLTE/IMS across 15+ regional networks, collaborating with vendors like Nokia, Mavenir, and Huawei. This included complex vendor swaps and optimizations, ensuring seamless communication and services for our extensive user base.
