As a Service Engineer at Hitachi Energy India Ltd, I have responsibility of providing on-site technical support to customers and ensure the smooth operation of power quality products like Stat-Com, MV Capacitor Banks, Filter Banks, LV power quality products. My role would be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Quality system (IGBT based products Stat-com).I am responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing and commissioning of equipment, and providing training to customers on power quality product.To excel in this role, I have a solid foundation in power quality products, as well as a good understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to customers.In addition, I am comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
