Currently working as Junior Engineer at Delphi TVS Technologies Ltd, I specialize in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Production Planning & Kaizen.I have a strong track record of improving production efficiency through line balancing, cycle time reduction, and process optimization. One of My Key achievements includes reducing cycle time in Sonplas Fluid Grinding machine from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.I am passionate about driving operational excellence, developing people, and implementing sustainable manufacturing practices.
