Analyzes data to perform Customer Behavior, trend and risk analysis taking in account inputs from Demand & Supply Planning, Branch DRP, Sales, Customer and Service Strategy as well to determine out of stock risks.5. Keeps a tab on Customer Service Plan (Day), customer specific shelf life, lead times, and holiday calendars.6. Regular follow up with Customer, Sales Officers as well Area Sales Manager for fund against the order captured.7. Take follow up with Claims team as well for customer Claim Value for the previous month.8. Create OBD (Out Bond Delivery) and provide DC (Distribution Center) after that invoice generated for respective customer on same also ensure 95% Volumetric Utilization of Vehicle space.9. Coordinate with Multi Teams like Finance Team, Warehouse Team, T Hub Team, Factory Team, CSA for timely Orders Flows.( Order Capture to Dispatch of Vehicles).10.
