About Rajesh Kumar
My primary role as a branch manager is promoting and marketing the bank and its products, meeting with customers and resolving any problems or complaints, ensuring there’s a high level of customer service, monitoring deposits, advances and recoveries, reporting to Regional Office. Apart from that I am playing the role of district co-ordinator for our bank. While remaining in agri-input industries my role is to increase company sales by means of branding, positioning, product promotion, market scheme formulation and above all customer-oriented services in order to penetrate deep into the market. Apart from that I am the key person to maintain supply chain of company products effectively and efficiently in my area of operation.
