I help businesses make smarter financial decisions, supported by strong governance and robust internal controls.With a long career across finance leadership roles, including CFO and Group Finance Controller responsibilities, I bring hands on experience in managing numbers at scale and making them work for the business.I have worked across India and the GCC, and managed projects across India, Africa, the GCC, and Trinidad & Tobago.I have worked closely with board members on investment decisions relating to joint ventures and expansion projects.I have partnered with leadership teams to establish strong governance frameworks, ensure compliance with stock exchange requirements, and build robust financial and internal control systems.I have independently handled fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and large scale project cost control.My work spans financial reporting, audits, ERP implementations, MIS, internal controls, and compliance across Indian GAAP and IFRS environments.
