Design and development of Nitinol based Aortic heart valve and TAVAR catheter using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).• Design the new size valve to treat additional 20% patient from the current study.• Evaluate the current size valve configuration for fatigue and AWT.• Performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations on the valve crimping process and in-vivo loading conditions to calculate strains on the frame and tissue.• Conducted Design of Experiments (DOE) on LCH catheter shafts (guidewire and torque tube) by using response surface optimization using Minitab and FEA.
