Process sheet and order requirements.5) In-process inspection of pipe for O. D, W. T, sectional weight & pipe surface.6) Corrective Action and Preventive Action at various stages of inspection in rolling mill.7) Monitoring hot mill parameters (furnace temperature, cycle time, soaking time ) and preparing the design package.Current expertise Process Control in Hot mill area operation and process following of at production planning and process control with Billet storage area,and billet cutting, charging and discharging,WHF(Walking hearth furnace), piercing mill, Induction heating coil Sizing Mill Tube inspection and cooling bed etc. Tube surface and inner surface checked. Mill visual inspection and outlet conveyer, and Hot sizing & documentation product audit report and process audit report, recovery and rejection report etc. Outlet bed surface checked on hot rolled tube.
