I am accountable for formulating strategies for driving overall financial growth and cost-efficiencies. Responsibly enhanced quality of finance function, developing, and implementing accounting policies & procedures. Responsible for facilitating Strategy & Planning, review and presentation of Monthly MIS along with analytics - MoM, YoY and QoQ, to monitor the KPI\'s of all BU\'s and track the financial performance against budget. Diligently ensured that the terms of any contract that the company - Swach Environment intend to enters into are drafted properly so that there are no contractual risks to company in future, managed company’s funds efficiently & judiciously, with zero tolerance against statutory non-compliance. What deserves to be additionally highlighted is leading the complete financial operations of the company; providing support in crucial decision-making while ensuring efficient financial operations with P&L accountability. Some of the most important things that happened during this time were leading the evaluation and financial viability of infrastructure projects in the water, waste water, and integrated waste management sectors by using financial modeling and reviewing the financial statements of existing projects for acquisition. Significantly contribute to the company\'s financial planning and analysis, capital deployment, and growth strategy. Manage Commercial Opportunities for acquiring new projects through pitches, RFPs, and improving profitability.
