As both a technologist and a personal care homeowner, I bring operational insight to ensure innovation reduces burden rather than adding to it.Before building startups, I led global enterprise technology organizations at Equifax across Identity, Fraud, and Credit. I directed cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, compliance, and operations in highly regulated environments. That experience shaped how I build today: governance and operational rigor are architectural decisions.Today, I combine Fortune 100 discipline with founder velocity — building product & service lines, scaling teams, and aligning product with revenue.I mentor and lead DST sales organizations, partnering with AEs and SDRs to refine positioning, elevate qualification, strengthen pipeline quality, and connect technical value to business outcomes.I also serve as CTO at Charter Global, leading the Innovation Hub and shaping enterprise-ready architectures across data, platforms, and AI for global portfolios.Beyond business, I am a certified mindfulness and meditation coach.
