About Rajesh Gupta
With over 13 years of experience in the recycling industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to create a positive impact on the environment and society. I am the Managing Director of RecyleKaro, India\'s leading organization for e-waste, Rear earth metals and lithium ion battery recycling, with ISO and R2 certifications and authorization from the Central Pollution Control Board. I am also the Co-Founder of Catseye Systems & Solutions pvt ltd. My mission is to promote circular economy, resource efficiency, and waste management solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and profitable. At RecyleKaro, I oversee the operations, strategy, and growth of the company, which has a processing facility in Mumbai with a capacity of recycling 7500 MT of e-waste and MT of lithium ion batteries annually. I also manage the collection network, which has more than 1,200 touch points across India, serving corporate clients, schools and colleges, government institutions, and residential neighborhoods. My skills include business planning, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and e-waste and lithium ion batteries recycling.

RecyleKaro is an ISO 2008, ISO 14001:2004 and R2 (Responsible Recycler) certified organization, authorized by the Central Pollution Control Board of India (CPCB). Our processing facility in Mumbai has capacity of recycling 2,400 MT of e-waste and MT of lead acid batteries annually. Our collection facilities are spread across India with more than 1,200+ touch points, comprising a mix of corporate clients, schools and colleges, government institutions and residential neighborhoods. We are authorized by the Central Pollution Control Board of India for collection, storage, dismantling and recycling of e-waste, and we operate India’s first and only lithium nickel recycling unit. RecycleKaro is the preferred recycler for Google, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Reliance, RBI (exclusive electronic waste collector) and various other companies & institutions in India.
