   Responsibilities : • Implementation & Monitoring Quality Management system (as per ISO 9001:2015) of West Cluster having Project Value of 6155 Cr.• Review Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, and Work Method statement etc. & give clearance accordingly.• Develop cost-effective Mix Design for structure, Pavement quality concrete, Job Mix formula of flexible pavement & Monitor the Resources utilization.• Assisting Site Quality team at regular interval for producing cost-effective product without deviating the quality parameters.• Ensure the availability of QA staff at site round the clock for stage wise inspection.• Coordinate with site team about mockup for upcoming activities of Flexible & Rigid pavement and providing technical input regularly as per the requirement. • Monitoring the Quality Objective @ monthly basis to keep the company goal Intact • Controlling and monitoring the Product Quality of West Cluster and measuring on a monthly basis. • Responsible to conduct Site’s Technical Audit (Product Oriented), ISO Audit and follow up for compliance of NCR (if any). Certified lead auditor (ISO 9001:2015 QMS) by LRQA • Follow up towards the reduction of customer complaints and suggest the corrective action to minimize the repetitive complaints.• Quality Input / Feedback to Tendering Department as well Procurement Dept.• Developing the culture of First-time right work concept as committed to delivering defect-free product.• Analyzing MIS Report & presenting Quality report on a monthly basis.• Conducting Quality Induction program (SWAGATM) and Technical Training as well. • Digital Initiative – ATL (Any time Learning), QT (Artificial Intelligence), Q tics (Non-Conformance Tracker with corrective action and Rework Cost Analysis), TORQ (Source approval to Strip chart along with revenue generation tracker).
