Deliver GPDS/DFMEA/SCCAF, PPAP/PSW and line trials; ensure rapid AIMS closure.Launch:Launch lead for Functional Trims/Heat Shields. Orchestrate tool readiness, part availability, FEDE milestones, and LQOS. Run pre-prod triage with VO ME/STA/suppliers; contain issues within 24h and execute Plan-B. Lead DCV/line trials; drive DV/PV closure and gateways on time; deliver zero preventable in-plant defects.Supplier Quality:Lead supplier industrialization: tool readiness, process capability, PPAP/PSW, and plant-aligned line trials. Apply 8D/G8D to meet AIMS targets.Drive DFM with D&R, manage change control, verify DV/PV evidence and proto/test results, and activate Plan-B to protect gateways.Program Management:Own scope, schedule, and change from design through launch. Govern FEDE timing and DVP/DV/PV closure. Chair cross-functional forums (suppliers, D&R, VO ME, STA, Attributes, Core Tech) for fast decisions. Ensure manufacturing readiness (PPAP/PSW, DCV/line trials, LQOS) and communicate risks to hold gateways.
