Sending day wise completed shipment & transit shipment data to all regional stake holders. Being the first point of contact for all Pan India customer. Developing and nurturing customer relationships. Making sure that all transport vehicles are properly and covered, packed body. Organizing vehicle checks. Negotiating with transporters, shippers, etc. to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment. Ensuring all site and customer objectives are achieved. Generate a new transport as per business requirement. Do the dispatched planning as per order put by CSR or stake holders. Arranging transport as per the customer requirement.(Mode of Shipment) Responsible for preparing technical documentation for logistic contents. Packing finished goods in wooden pallet, Palletized for safety of goods on transit through carriers. Ensure proper & safe storage of FG so there is no loss due to damage to FG either due to improper handing or improper storage. Process claim from Insurance Company when goods are damage or lost by carriers. Periodic submission of transport bill with received POD/LR to finance team and follow ups. Ensuring the volumes on order confirmation, shipping list and Invoice are matching. Done end to end process in internal transport software - updating transport, transports Route, create new transport, updating freight charges in software. Creating & updating yearly transport calendar as per company norms. Coordinate with global team to understand the global transport procedure. Coordinate with global team in the terms of transport software & production software guidance.
